Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing where applicable. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period—you keep paid access until then.
Cancel anytime—your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again. If something looks wrong with a charge, email billing@codelivly.com and we'll review it. Organization invoices follow the terms in your agreement.
Yes. Every certificate you earn—including on free learning paths—carries a unique verification code and public verify URL, so employers and recruiters can confirm completion without contacting support.
Absolutely. Free includes beginner modules, limited paths, quizzes, streaks, and community access—enough to learn fundamentals and decide if cybersecurity is right for you before upgrading.
Yes. Structured career paths (entry and intermediate) are included with Pro. Senior tracks—red team, blue team, SOC, and cloud security—are coming to Pro.
